Ms. Stephanie A. Walls graduated cum laude from The University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Ms. Walls obtained her undergraduate degree in communicative disorders from the University of Mississippi, where she graduated magna cum laude. Ms. Walls’ areas of practice are personal injury, workers’ compensation and civil litigation. He is engaged in a civil trial practice with emphasis in the areas of mass tort litigation, automobile accidents, wrongful death, and workers' compensation. Mr. Saharovich was listed as a Super Lawyer in 2007 and 2008 by the Law and Politics Magazine. In the 2008 edition, he was included in the list of top 100 Super Lawyers in Tennessee and Top 50 Super Lawyers in Memphis Corey B. Trotz - Senior Partner of NST.  Mr. Trotz's areas of practice include personal injury, automobile accidents, workers' compensation, products liability and civil litigation. Mr. Trotz has been named as a 2007 and 2008 Super Lawyer by Law and Politics Magazine. In addition, he was included in the list of Top 100 Super Lawyers in Tennessee and Top 50 Super Lawyers in Memphis in the area of personal injury. Glenn K. Vines, Jr., a native Tennessean, was born in 1972. During 1993-1994 he was an All-American football player in college. Prior to graduation, Mr. Vines was a law clerk for Chief Judge David S. Kennedy, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Tennessee. Joining Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz in 2001, Mr. Vines’ areas of practice include personal injury, workers’ compensation and medical negligence. Mr. Vines chairs the firm’s Trucking Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz in 2002, David O. Price devoted his practice to insurance defense, workers’ compensation and corporate law but now concentrates his efforts primarily in plaintiff’s personal injury, workers’ compensation and medical negligence. Born in Orem, Utah in 1948, Mr. Price is married with four children. He has been affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America for many years as well as interdenominational service agencies. David W. Hill, a native Tennessean born in Knoxville, spent ten years with Tennessee’s Secondary School System prior to becoming a lawyer. During his law studies, he served as president of the Public Interest Law Society. Mr. Hill devotes his practice to personal injury, workers’ compensation and mass tort cases. Mr. Hill chairs the firm’s Mass Tort Practice Group. Mr. Hill is also an accomplished musician, playing both the clarinet and saxophone. Mr. Siegel concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury and catastrophic injury. Mr. Siegel has received the prestigious Edmond Muskie Pro Bono Award by the American Bar Association and has been listed Super Lawyer in 2008 by the Law and Politics Magazine. Currently, Mr. Siegel chairs the firm’s Catastrophic Injury Practice Group. He is also a talented musician who plays the drums as well as the guitar and some piano. Upon her graduation from law school, Lisa S. Johns served for one year as a law clerk for a Justice on the Mississippi Supreme Court. During her undergraduate years at the University of Memphis, she studied abroad at the Nagoya Gakuin University in Seto, Japan, concentrating in the areas of Japanese language and culture. She joined Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz in 2002. Ms. Johns practices in the area of personal injury litigation including automobile accidents and workers’ compensation. Ashley E. Ward studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science in London, England. Ms. Ward, who joined Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz in 2003, practices in the area of workers’ compensation. Mrs. Ward chairs the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. Mark N. Geller graduated with honors from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. During his studies, he participated in Moot Court and the Order of the Barristers. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Geller worked as a biochemist for the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. His primary area of practice is nursing home litigation. In addition, he participates in personal injury and workers' compensation cases. Mr. Geller chairs the firm’s Nursing Home Practice Group. Mr. Geller is bilingual in Spanish. C. Todd Mason, a native Memphian, traveled abroad in 1996 in Swansea, Wales as part of his undergraduate studies. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Mason worked as a session attorney for the 102nd Tennessee General Assembly before he returned to private practice in Memphis. Mr. Mason enjoys writing poetry, playing both the six and twelve string guitar and donates his time to charitable organizations such as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Tennessee Baptist Children's Home. Mr. Mason devotes his practice to medical malpractice, personal injury and workers' compensation. Ms. Greene is a graduate of the University of the Mississippi School of Law. Prior to joining Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz in 2005, she was in general practice with a law firm in Southaven, MS. Ms. Greene has participated in numerous projects where she has served as a mentor to underprivileged children and provided legal assistance to the indigent community. Ms. Greene practices in the area of automobile accidents and workers’ compensation. Valerie L. Smith is a native of Tipton County, Tennessee. During her third year of law school, Ms. Smith served as the law clerk for the Honorable James F. Russell, Circuit Court Judge, Division 2. Prior to joining the firm of Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz in 2006, Ms. Smith was associated with the Shelby County District Attorney General's Office where she prosecuted all types of criminal cases. During her tenure as a prosecutor, Ms. Smith was assigned to special units such as the West Tennessee Drug Task Force and the Gang & Narcotics Prosecution Unit. Ms. Smith devotes her time away from the office to her family and volunteer work. She is an active member of the Junior League of Memphis. Her primary area of practice is automobile accidents litigation and nursing home litigation. Ms. Laura Owings moved to Memphis at the early age of seven. She graduated from Evangelical Christian School in 1998 and received her baccalaureate degree from Baylor University where she was a Provost Scholarship Recipient, 1998-2002. While a law student at the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, Ms. Owings received the Dean's Distinguished Service Award, 2006, and was the William B. Leffler Scholarship Recipient, 2003-2004. She also served as a Notes and Comments Editor for The University of Memphis Law Review. Prior to joining Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, Ms. Owings completed a summer internship with the United States Postal Service, Law Department, and has worked as a technical writer at International Paper Company. Ms. Owings is an avid college football fan and enjoys reading and spending her spare time with her husband and daughter. Her primary area of practice is Nursing Home Litigation. Ms. Kimberly Galloway graduated from White Station High School in 1995 and received her baccalaureate degree from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, in 2000, with a concentration in Accounting. While a law student at the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphrey's School of Law, Ms. Galloway received the Dean's Distinguished Service Award, 2004. Prior to joining Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, Ms. Galloway worked for several years with a large insurance defense law firm. Ms. Galloway practices in the area of personal injury litigation including automobile accidents and workers’ compensation. Ms. Galloway enjoys reading and spending her spare time with her family. Russell Marlin attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, where he graduated with honors and served as an editor for the University of Arkansas Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marlin served as Vice President of Gary Eubanks and Associates, a Little Rock law firm. He has served as national liaison counsel for the hormone therapy litigation and has tried over 50 personal injury cases. Mr. Marlin practices in the area of mass tort and personal injury. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Gar N. Schwippert served as a staff registered nurse in a hospital concentrating in the area of orthopedics. Also, prior to joining Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, Mr. Schwippert was an associate at a large insurance defense law firm in Ridgeland, Mississippi. He is able to use his prior experience helping injured victims. Mr. Schwippert practices in the area of personal injury litigation including automobile accidents, workers’ compensation, and nursing home litigation. Ms. Leah S. Ball is the attorney in the firm’s Jonesboro, Arkansas Office. She has served as city attorney for the city of Truman, Arkansas in which capacity she advised and represented the City of Truman in a variety of legal matters, including employment issues, creation and revision of ordinances and municipal procedure. Further, prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ball was a civil litigator with a firm in Memphis. Mr. Nathan C. Williams is one of the attorneys in the firm's Jackson, Tennessee Office. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Case Officer for community-based alternative sentencing programs for the 20th, 27th and 29th Judicial Districts of Tennessee. Mr. Williams was a graduate of the 10th session of the Martin Police Department's Citizen Police Academy and is a former member of the National Association of Drug Court Professionals, the Tennessee Gang Investigator's Association and the Tennessee Community Corrections Association.  C. Edward Baker attended The University of Tennessee College of Law where he graduated with honors, and served as the Student Materials Editor of the Tennessee Law Review as well as the 3rd Year Editor of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. Mr. Baker also attended the University of Florida in Levin College of Law receiving his LL.M. in July 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Baker was associated with Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan, PLLC in Knoxville, Tennessee where he represented clients in general liabilty matters. Mr. Baker practices in the area of personal injury. Adam H. Johnson attended the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, and served as a member of the University of Memphis Law Review. Mr. Johnson participated in the Summer Abroad Program, studying International Human Rights Law at the University of Oxford, Oxford, England. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Johnson was associated with Cordts & Gulley, PLLC, in Memphis, TN. Courtney C. Black is a graduate of the University of Memphis, School of Law. In law school she served as a contributing writer for the Tennessee Journal of Practice and Procedure. In addition, in law school Ms. Black served as President of the Association for Women Attorneys. Ms. Black is also a graduate of the University of Tennessee where she holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, Rhetoric and Writing Concentration. Ms. Black’s areas of practice are personal injury, workers’ compensation and civil litigation.
