Tennessee Workers’ Compensation Lawyers

Under Tennessee workers’ compensation law, any business with five or more employees must carry workers’ compensation insurance. Tennessee law outlines specific benefits to which injured workers are entitled, and the procedures for obtaining them. Employees injured on the job must notify employers within 30 days of the injury in order to be eligible for benefits. Employers may be liable even if the employee acted carelessly.

If you’ve been hurt in a workplace incident, such as a construction site accident, we can help. We have the resources needed to fully investigate and present your case so that you get the maximum compensation possible for your recovery. If necessary, our lawyers can arrange for an Independent Medical Evaluation to help determine your impairment rating if you have suffered a permanent injury, and we will make sure you get the additional compensation to which you are entitled.

Tennessee workers’ compensation law is very specific about the time frame within which you must notify your employer of a workplace injury. If you have been injured at work, we urge you to contact our workers’ compensation attorneys today.
